Key parts of your role

As a support employee at Pair, you work in a central function with direct impact on the customer experience. The role involves handling incoming cases related to parking and electric vehicle charging, as well as ensuring stable operations through continuous monitoring of our systems and installations.

You will work at a high pace with a wide variety of cases, where the ability to quickly understand problems and find solutions is crucial. In the role of customer support at Pair, you will primarily interact with customers via phone, email, and internal systems.

• Handle incoming cases via phone, email, and chat
• Answer questions about parking and assist customers with EV charging
• Troubleshoot and handle incidents related to charging infrastructure and digital locks
• Continuous operational monitoring of systems and installations
• Support internal functions as needed and view collaboration as central at all levels
• Perform simple operational tasks such as sign production, installation, and site visits
• Ensure high service levels and quality in every customer interaction

What we are looking for

We are looking for you who have experience in customer service or another service-oriented role where you are accustomed to meeting people in a professional and solution-oriented manner. You have a technical interest that you want to develop and contribute to. You have good communication skills and express yourself clearly and correctly in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. This is a requirement as we frequently need to communicate in both Swedish and English.

• Advantageous: Education in electricity, technology, or a related field
• Previous experience working in a support function or similar role
• Experience with EV charging or technical troubleshooting
• Experience from parking, hotels, or a related industry
• Experience working in multiple systems simultaneously
