Are you interested in finance and looking for a part-time position where you can use your administrative and accounting skills? We are now looking for a careful and driven part-time Economic Administrator for our client in Gislaved. Here you will work in a small team and support the business with ongoing economic administration and reporting.

About the position

As an Economic Administrator, you will be responsible for various parts of the ongoing economy. The work is independent and requires structure, accuracy, and the ability to prioritize. The position is part-time, 2 days a week, and can be discussed based on the business's needs and your availability.

Responsibilities

  • Bookkeeping of vouchers and supplier accounts
  • Matching and reconciliation of accounts
  • Invoice management, both incoming and outgoing
  • Handle payments and bank reconciliations
  • Support in monthly and period closing as well as preparation of simpler reports
  • Contact with suppliers and internal support to colleagues regarding economic matters
  • Administrative tasks related to payroll data (meritorious)

About you

Formal qualifications

We are looking for you who have previous experience in economic or administrative work, preferably from accounting, invoice management, or customer accounts. Education in economics is meritorious, but relevant work experience is highly valued. You should have good knowledge of Excel and experience with economic systems such as Pyramid or equivalent.
