Do you want to work in an international and dynamic environment where you are a key part of daily operations? We are now looking for service-oriented and structured individuals for a combined role in reception and business support with a global player in Gothenburg.
The Role: Reception & Business Support
In this role, you will be a central point of contact for both internal employees and external visitors. You are responsible for ensuring a professional and smooth daily routine by combining reception services with broad administrative support and operational coordination.
You will work on-site in an environment with many touchpoints and a high pace, where flexibility and a service mindset are crucial.
Key Responsibilities
- Staff the reception and welcome visitors
- Manage visitors and coordinate with internal contacts
- Switchboard and call handling
- Mail and package handling as well as internal distribution
- Manage onboarding administration and ID/access cards
- Manage access in various systems as well as temporary permissions
- Provide administrative support to operations (documents, templates, systems)
- Schedule planning and coordinate the daily operation of the reception
- Act as a contact point for internal functions such as IT, HR, and Security
- Support with practical tasks such as meeting room preparations
Your Background, Experience, and Competence
To be considered for the role, you must meet the following requirements:
- Experience with the security system INTEGRA
- Experience with access systems such as ARTIFEX and/or ARX
- Experience with SAP
- Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Valid driver's license (Category B)
Merits:
- Training in CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), first aid, and evacuation
Furthermore, we would like you to have experience from reception, service, or administrative work, and be accustomed to working in a structured manner in a complex and changing environment. You are service-oriented, solution-oriented, and responsible, with good collaboration skills and strong communication abilities. Experience with business or access systems is a plus.

- Working hours: Weekdays, daytime
- No staffing during vacation weeks 29-32
