About the role As a Business Controller, you work with both business-oriented controlling and financial follow-up. You support the operations with questions regarding sales, profitability, and costs, and actively participate in reporting and closing processes. You will become part of a small controlling team with close collaboration and a strong focus on development and improvement. You report to the Head of Business Control. Responsibilities

• Analyze sales, margins, costs, and profitability
• Prepare reports, analyses, and decision support materials for management
• Monitor KPIs and identify deviations and opportunities for improvement
• Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and closing processes
• Be responsible for parts of the monthly financial follow-up and reporting
• Support the retail and operations organization with economic follow-up and analysis
• Contribute to the development of processes, working methods, and reporting

We are looking for you with a few years of experience in business or financial controlling, preferably within retail or consumer-facing operations. You are analytical, business-oriented, and accustomed to working with large amounts of data. You enjoy collaboration and have the ability to turn data into clear insights and recommendations. To succeed in this role, we believe you:

• Have post-secondary education in economics or finance
• Have a few years of experience in controlling or qualified economic work
• Have experience with closing processes and financial follow-up
• Are accustomed to working with large amounts of data and economic analysis
• Have very good skills in Excel
• Are system savvy and preferably worked with BI tools such as QlikSense
• Are good at communicating both verbally and in writing
