Do you have experience in payroll administration and are looking for a developmental consulting assignment in an international environment? Jefferson Wells is now seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator for Epiroc in Örebro.
This is a long-term consulting assignment where you will become part of an experienced and professional payroll team within a global organization. Here, you will have the opportunity to work broadly within payroll administration in a business where quality, collaboration, and service are in focus.
📍 Planned start is earliest mid-August 2026, but for the right person, an earlier start may be possible with an adapted introduction and tasks during the summer.
This assignment is about - payroll and nothing else
This is a dedicated payroll administrative assignment. You will work in an experienced team where the focus is on ensuring that payroll is handled correctly, efficiently, and in accordance with current agreements and legislation.
You will primarily work with:
- Managing the entire payroll process - from data entry to payment.
- Travel expense reports and benefit calculations.
- Advising managers and employees on payroll matters.
- Ensuring compliance with laws and collective agreements.
- Updating HR master data and other administrative documentation.
- First-line support in matters related to payroll and HR.
- Collaborating with HR and other support functions to improve processes.
We are looking for someone who has
- Post-secondary education in payroll, HR, or economics.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in payroll administration.
- Good knowledge of systems such as HR-plus, SuccessFactors, or similar.
- Experience with Office 365, especially Teams, and preferably ServiceNow.
- Fluency in Swedish and English - Norwegian or Finnish is an advantage.
- Understanding of the connection between payroll and accounting is a plus.

About the assignment
- Scope: Full-time
