We are now looking for an experienced Delivery Manager for a major critical infrastructure company with operations running 24/7, 365 days a year. The organization is responsible for important national infrastructure and places a strong focus on availability, security, sustainability, and stable IT deliveries. The IT department acts as a strategic partner to the business, working closely with operations to ensure efficient and secure digital services.

About the Role

In this role, you will work closely with those responsible for IT governance and service deliveries, focusing on monitoring, coordination, and further development of established IT services within a specific service area.

You will contribute technical expertise and support operations in areas such as:

• Delivery monitoring
• Regulatory compliance
• Security
• Technical documentation
• User documentation

The role requires a good understanding of IT infrastructure and related technical areas such as networks, databases, firewalls, and cloud services.

You will work closely with various stakeholders, including:

• Internal operations
• Architects
• External suppliers and partners
• Asset and service managers

The role also includes:

• Participating in the governance and development of operations
• Monitoring deliveries and ongoing activities
• Coordinating and driving IT-related initiatives and projects
• Supporting users and operations with new IT solutions and infrastructure issues

Great importance is placed on both technical competence and personal suitability.

Requirements

• Documented experience demonstrating knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, databases, firewalls, and Azure. The experience must be verifiable through descriptions of completed assignments and must have been performed within the last 8 years.
• At least five years of experience in roles such as Service Delivery Manager, Delivery Manager, IT Governance Manager, or similar.
• Experience in technical and user documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience from operations with high demands for security and regulatory compliance.
• Experience from the public sector or other complex and regulated operations.
