About the role

As a recruiter at MidSale Consulting, you are responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting new employees through both traditional and creative recruitment methods. The role includes everything from advertising and search/headhunting to interviews and candidate evaluation.

The majority of interviews are conducted digitally via Google Meet, but physical interviews may also occur if necessary. You are also responsible for the initial part of the employment process, including employment contracts, onboarding, and welcome information.

This is a role for you who thrives on taking individual responsibility, working with a clear focus, and being an important part of a team with high ambitions.

We are looking for someone who

Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or leadership is advantageous, but not a requirement. We offer a thorough introduction and training that gives you the right prerequisites to succeed in the role.
