Ortopedia Ortopedteknik AB is looking for a responsible Administrator/HR Coordinator!
Ortopedia Ortopedteknik AB provides orthopedic technology care and medical consultations, operating three locations in Stockholm. Here, orthopedic engineers, orthopedic technicians, occupational therapists, naprapaths, doctors, and administrators work in close collaboration.
We are now looking for an administrative staff member with HR and reception responsibilities who wants to become an important part of our team. We are looking for you who thrive in a varied role with many contact points and who enjoy working in a structured manner at a high pace. You are service-oriented, solution-focused, and enjoy helping both patients and colleagues.
In this role, you will work closely with the operations and support employees together with the operations manager in daily work. You will, among other things, work with administration, bookings, referral handling, reception, HR-related tasks, and coordination of daily work.
We are looking for you who are meticulous, responsible, and flexible, and who find it easy to collaborate and communicate with people.

Job Responsibilities
- Administrative work at the reception, bookings, and scheduling.
- Invoice processing and other administration.
- Support with HR-related tasks and personnel administration.
- Prepare meetings, documents, and presentations.
- Coordinate and organize daily administrative tasks together with the operations manager and the rest of the team.
Personal Qualifications

- Have good teamwork skills and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Are solution-focused.
- Have good computer skills and knowledge of MS Office. Experience with medical record systems is a plus.
- Can express yourself fluently in speech and writing in Swedish and English.
Preferred Qualifications
It is an advantage if you have experience from healthcare operations, patient administration, or HR work. Experience from primary care, reception, or work within health and social care is also seen as positive.
