Osby Health Centre offers care throughout life. Here you will meet patients of all ages, from the town centre and from sparsely populated rural areas. In the same building as the health centre is the Family Centre with an open preschool. We run the Family Centre together with Osby Municipality, where the municipality is responsible for the open preschool and social counselling, and the health centre is responsible for child health services. This working method allows us to support the child and family at the right level based on their living conditions. There is also a nursing home in the same building, where we are largely responsible for medical support. The collaboration with the municipality's home care and elderly care is very well-functioning and characterized by short decision-making paths and mutual personal acquaintance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

With us, you as a District Nurse will have close collaboration with engaged and knowledgeable colleagues in an stimulating environment. You are offered a varied and developing job that consists of reception work, triage, telephone counseling, and patient meetings at our clinic.

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome you who are a licensed nurse, with further education as a District Nurse with eligibility to work within Swedish healthcare. Language skills in Swedish at least corresponding to level C1 according to the Council of Europe scale are a requirement. It is meritorious if you have experience working in primary care, and if you have experience in diabetes, we also see that as meritorious.
