I have now moved out of my parents' home into my own apartment, and I am therefore looking for a new personal assistant to join my team!

Who am I?
I am a 33-year-old guy living in Kungsbacka, and I now need some extra support for my wonderful team. I lead an active life with many interests – horse riding, music, and other fun activities. I love it when my assistants come up with ideas for things we can do together, and it is important to me that I am involved in everyday life.

I use a wheelchair and can move around partially on my own, but I walk with the support of my assistant. Due to my disability, I do not communicate with words, but I promise we will find our own way to understand each other – preferably with a couple of high fives along the way! Who are you?
I am looking for you who enjoy a varied job where no two days are alike. You are caring, perceptive, and enjoy finding solutions. You take initiative, have a positive drive, and are confident in taking responsibility. Previous experience in personal assistance, elderly care, or leisure activities is a plus, but absolutely not a requirement. The most important thing is that we get along and have fun together! Regardless of gender, age, or background – it is your personality and attitude that count.

About the position:
I am looking for you who can and want to work as a substitute assistant as needed. If we get along well and everything works out, we can offer you a permanent schedule after the summer.

Working hours:
Weekdays: 16:00–08:30
Weekends: 16:00–09:00, 15:00–10:00, 09:00–16:00, 10:00–16:00
Overnight standby duty between 22:00–06:00.

The position is available immediately in 2026. Passal Assistans offers rewarding and varied work with good employment conditions, training, and wellness benefits. Fixed hourly wage by agreement and other compensations according to the collective agreement. You will also receive good support and contact with the assistant coordinator.

Applicants for this position must be able to present a valid ID document such as a passport or national ID (driver's license is not valid) as well as a certificate of good conduct at the interview. If you are not a citizen of Sweden, the EU, EEA, or Switzerland, you must be able to present a valid work permit or permanent residence permit to work for us.
