HSB plans, finances, builds and manages housing across Sweden – today totaling approximately 25,000 rental apartments and 340,000 cooperative housing units.

HSB Southern Norrland operates in Gävleborg, Västernorrland, and Jämtland. We serve approximately 450 housing cooperatives and other property owners with a comprehensive range of management services. HSB also has approximately 2,000 rental apartments in the area. With the help of nearly 230 skilled employees, we are looking for summer staff to strengthen our team. We are seeking a summer worker in property maintenance for a 6-week period starting after Midsummer.

Responsibilities and Tasks

As a property caretaker with us, you work closely with the customer. The work is varied and social. The tasks primarily involve maintaining external property environments and simpler gardening work.

Experience

Experience in property maintenance and gardening is advantageous. For the position of property caretaker, you must be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, and hold a B driving license for manual transmission vehicles.
