It’s mornings in freshly groomed slopes, full speed at the resort during the day, and a team that makes the season together. We are looking for you who want to help create experiences for our guests – and at the same time get the most out of your own winter.

For the winter of 2026/2027, we are looking for employees for the lifts, café, restaurant, ski shop/rental, and the ski school's children's activities.

The season runs from mid-December to the end of April.

We are looking for you who:

• Enjoy working with people and providing good service

• Speak Swedish and preferably English (more languages are an advantage)
• Have an interest in skiing – or are curious to learn

Selection is ongoing. The first step in the process is a digital interview. Thereafter, selected candidates are invited to our recruitment weekend in Tänndalen, September 4-6.

We work actively with drug prevention and have zero tolerance for drugs, both during and outside working hours. Prior to employment, we request a certificate of good conduct.

Tänndalen is a cozy mountain and ski resort in western Härjedalen. But Tänndalen is so much more than just a place. Here there is a special spirit, a feeling that is hard to put into words. We who work here share the love for the mountains, nature, and adventure, but the social aspect is equally important – doing fun things together and sharing experiences. Whether you come to us to work long-term or for a season, you become part of a strong community where everyone knows everyone and everyone helps everyone.

Every winter, four to five meters of natural snow fall over the ski area, which stretches through the entire valley from Hamra in the west to Svansjön in the east. The alpine ski system in Tänndalen offers a total of 54 varied runs, both above and below the tree line. Always soft, rolling, and well-groomed. In Tänndalen, there is ski rental and a sports shop, three children's areas, two snow parks, and eight restaurants/cafés. What all the restaurants have in common is high quality and inspiration from the mountain's taste traditions.
