Johnsons El is now looking for a business-minded and technically driven Service Manager within electrical engineering who wants to create value for both customers and colleagues.

About the role

As a Service Manager, you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and following up on service assignments within electrical engineering. You are a central part of the operation and work closely with electricians, customers, suppliers, and other colleagues to ensure that assignments are carried out with high quality, good profitability, and satisfied customers.

You lead the daily work within the service operation and play a key role in creating structure, building long-term customer relationships, and developing the business. The role offers great variety where technology, administration, and customer contact go hand in hand.

Your responsibilities include among other things:

• Plan, lead, and follow up on service assignments and smaller projects.
• Distribute tasks and coordinate the work of service technicians.
• Be the customer's primary contact person and build long-term relationships.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on calculations, costs, and results.
• Handle purchases, material orders, and supplier contacts.
• Ensure that documentation and reporting are up-to-date and correct.
• Identify upselling opportunities and contribute to the development of the service business.
• Handle O&M contracts, agreements, and follow-up of changes.
• Work actively with quality, working environment, and continuous improvements.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who has:

• Upper secondary education in electrical engineering or power systems, or equivalent experience is meritorious.
• Experience from service operations, electrical installation, or contracting within the electrical industry.
• Experience in team leadership, planning, or coordination is meritorious.
• Good understanding of electrical installations and technical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical descriptions.
• Experience in costing, quotation work, and financial follow-up.
• Experience working in business or operational systems as well as good knowledge of Excel.
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Basic knowledge of English.
• Valid driver's license (Category B).
