Job Description

We are currently looking for two property caretakers/building superintendents to work with property and business-related services at a government agency in Märsta/Arlandastad.

These are two full-time positions running from 2026-10-01 to 2027-03-31, with the possibility of extension for six (6) months.

Responsibilities

The duties of the position include, but are not limited to:

• Office services and internal service tasks.
• Pick up and receive goods and packages.
• Conduct move-out inspections and assist in the planning of scheduled maintenance.
• Supervise the external and internal maintenance of storage areas.
• Perform troubleshooting related to the building, report and follow up on defects together with the property owner and our internal property manager.
• Receive and, if necessary, escort craftsmen/contractors within the building.
• Document actions and follow up on orders.
• Patrol and take measures in the storage environment (for preventive purposes).
• Work in case management systems (internal property system).
• Internal transport between buildings, e.g., internal mail.
• Responsible for environmental stations linked to the storage environment.
• Perform minor repairs, maintenance, and supervision.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of work experience as a building superintendent.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office or equivalent.
• Fluent communication skills in Swedish, both verbal and written.
