As an inspection technician, you work with inspecting all parts of the power grid, such as poles, cables, cable cabinets, etc., while moving through Sweden and Norway's varied and beautiful landscapes. Here, no day is like the other, and you get to experience nature for real, far away from office environments and fixed routines.

You work from home and plan your own working days, which gives you great freedom but also significant responsibility. The role suits you if you enjoy working independently, making your own decisions, and taking responsibility for your work. At the same time, it is a physically active job where you spend a lot of time walking in forests and fields, often alone, which requires good physical fitness and a willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

The work does not always take place locally; travel and overnight stays in other locations are a natural and recurring part of the position and occur more often than not. You should therefore be flexible and thrive in a mobile work life. The working hours are structured so that you often work extra hours, usually Monday to Thursday, or according to a schedule of seven days of work followed by seven days off, which provides good opportunities for longer consecutive periods of leave.

We prefer that you have experience from the industry, but it is not a requirement. You will receive the training you need to get started in the role. With us, it is your motivation and performance that determine how far you can develop, and your salary is largely influenced by your own work.
