Job Responsibilities

The position is part of our technician organization, consisting mainly of professionals within electrical (EL) and plumbing (VVS) trades. We work based on a model where maintenance technicians, together with coordinators, plan and assess when and how different tasks are to be performed. The group consists of electricians, lock and access control responsible personnel, fire safety responsible personnel, and a coordinator for the Electrical group.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Technical problem-solving and planning of daily work.
• Serving as a technical resource for the property department, tenants, and operational managers.
• Performing maintenance, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and corrective repairs.
• Supervising and maintaining electrical and alarm installations, including connections and operational measures.
• Self-control, inspections, and analysis of faults with proposals for corrective actions.
• Reporting operational status to the operations management.
• Commissioning installations and compiling measures for larger planned maintenance.
• Drawing management, participation in safety rounds, risk analyses, and projects.
• Conducting internal training within the staff group.

The role focuses on power and installation electricity as well as low voltage, patient alarms, access systems, etc. The position includes on-call duties.

Qualifications and Merits

We are looking for you who are trained as an installation electrician or low voltage technician with at least three years of professional experience. To succeed in the role, we see that you:

• Are passionate about building technology and have a desire to develop within the field.
• Enjoy taking personal responsibility, working with technical problem-solving, and have a structured approach to work.
• Are resilient, flexible, proactive, and service-oriented.
• Have good IT/computer skills and preferably knowledge of project economics.
• Master the Swedish language in speech and writing and have good knowledge of English.
• Hold a valid B-driver's license (required).
• Have an ECY certificate.

Meritorious: Experience with data networks, patient alarms, access and alarm installations, fire alarms, network/IT installations, and building automation control systems. Authorization A or AL is meritorious.
