Are you a Licensed Psychologist or do you have another behavioral science therapeutic education, and do you want to use your expertise to build sustainable and high-performing workplaces? Falck is growing, and we are now looking for another Licensed Psychologist/Behavioral Scientist for our clinic in Kristianstad/Hässleholm. The clinics are located in highly accessible areas with good connections. At Falck, we focus on strengthening health and giving people tools to handle the challenges of working life, such as stress and conflicts. Your work will primarily consist of targeted, shorter interventions at the individual level in the form of support conversations for client employees.

In this role at Falck, you will have the chance to work proactively and see the direct impact of your interventions, both for the individual and the organization, in close collaboration with our company doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, and other specialists. You will deliver services both physically and digitally to both local and national clients, providing an interesting variety in your job. The role focuses on individual support conversations, although other interventions such as groups and workshops may also occur, as well as potential organizational assignments.

Qualifications:

• Licensure as a psychologist
• Or sociologist with therapeutic further education (e.g., CBT Step 1, ACT, or equivalent).
• Or other academic behavioral science education with therapeutic further education with a clear focus on clinical psychology, counseling methodology, and psychological treatment.
• Extensive and current experience in independently and frequently providing support conversations and treatment.
• Documented habit and confidence in making clinical assessments, including initial suicide risk assessments.
• Swedish and English in speech and writing
• Class B driver's license
• Good computer skills, as well as interest and preferably experience in delivering via digital tools and working with online-based methods.

Meritorious:

• Experience working with groups and/or conducting workshops
• Experience with organizational assignments

Other:

Permanent position starting with a 6-month probation period. Full-time (100%) with start after summer or as agreed. Working hours are weekdays 8-17, excluding holidays.

The position is located in Kristianstad or Hässleholm and includes travel to units and customers in the surrounding area according to business needs, which means you must have a Class B driver's license and preferably access to your own car.
