Närlunda Health Centre is located in the southern parts of Helsingborg. We are a small and family-oriented health centre with just over 20 employees and approximately 4,000 registered patients. Here, specialists in general medicine, ST and AT/BT doctors, district nurses, nurses, medical secretaries, receptionists, nursing assistants, counselors, and physiotherapists work in close collaboration. The work environment is characterized by engagement, teamwork, and high job satisfaction.

Our premises also house a child health centre, a diabetes clinic, an elderly care clinic, and a blood pressure clinic. We have good cooperation with nearby health centres where we exchange services and support each other, contributing to a cohesive and efficient care system. This also provides opportunities for collaboration across unit boundaries.

Responsibilities

The work is stimulating and varied, where you make many independent assessments and are given the opportunity to evaluate the work continuously. You perform common nursing tasks within primary care, such as telephone advice and triage reception, and have room for your own clinic depending on experience and educational level.

Here, an individually tailored introduction is offered together with thoughtful colleagues. Supporting and educating each other in the work group is part of everyday life, as natural as meeting and taking responsibility for our patients with great engagement.

Qualifications

We welcome you who are a registered nurse, with further education as a district nurse and eligibility to work within Swedish healthcare. Language skills in Swedish at least corresponding to level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale are a requirement. Previous experience from primary care is meritorious, as is experience working in the medical record system PMO.
