Do you want to work at a preschool where curiosity is our primary driving force, where our choices regarding learning environments and materials are of great significance, and where every meeting counts? We are now looking for an engaged and qualified preschool assistant for a 100% temporary position who wants to develop and learn together with us.

Our philosophy – The power of togetherness

Our operations are built on a value-based organization where welcoming, diversity, participation, and sustainability are key concepts. We are strongly inspired by the preschools in the Italian city of Reggio Emilia and work towards a sustainable future through inventiveness and action. At our preschool, it is a creative place in constant change – developing for all children and educators. Great curiosity is the key in everything we do, and we believe in the power of doing things together.

We see ourselves as co-researchers and reflective practitioners who are constantly developing in a learning process where children, families, and educators collaborate.

About our environment, materials, and meals

With us, the learning environments and materials are carefully selected to awaken the children's joy of exploration, creativity, and cooperation. The environment is changeable and shaped based on the children's interests and needs.

The meal is a central part of our pedagogical day. We have our own kitchen that actively works with responsible gastronomy. For us, this means a strong focus on sustainable choices and laying the foundation for a healthy and sustainable relationship with food and the meal situation as a social meeting place.

As part of Pysslingen Preschools (and thus AcadeMedia), you are helping to realize our offer: "A safe and stimulating world full of opportunities".

  • Meets your surroundings with joy and enthusiasm, is attentive, respectful, and considers every meeting significant.

  • Has a good ability to collaborate, is proactive, and curious.

  • Is action-oriented, structured, and quality-conscious in your work.
