In addition to healthcare, our family at the Support and Care Department consists of LSS (Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments), the catering unit, Employment and Integration (AMI), and Individual and Family Care (IFO).

RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a personal assistant on a part-time basis, 75%, for the period from June 2026 to September 2026, with the possibility of extension.

Your responsibilities are to facilitate and create opportunities for a good daily life. The ideal candidate should have a joy for work, be proactive, and have a humanistic outlook. The tasks can be very varied and include personal assistance in and outside the home, personal hygiene, cooking, cleaning, and leisure activities. The work is based on respect for the individual's self-determination and integrity. Applicants should have good physical fitness as assistance with mobility is included.

QUALIFICATIONS

• You must have nursing education or other education that the employer deems equivalent.
• You must speak Swedish well and be able to express yourself both orally and in writing.
• A driver's license is a requirement for the position.

The ideal candidate is stable and confident in themselves. You handle stress in a constructive way and maintain a good mood under pressure and setbacks. You keep a realistic perspective on situations and focus on what matters. You are attentive, have a good ability to follow instructions and procedures, and are solution-oriented. You work well with other people, whether it is the individual client, care staff, relatives, or other actors.

Personal suitability is highly valued as you work closely with a person who should feel safe and comfortable with those present in their home.

Salary: Hourly wage.
