RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a social pedagogue who wants to work with measures promoting attendance and increased goal achievement for students. The assignment involves working towards a safer school environment for all students together with the rest of the staff. We are looking for someone who can build good relationships and contribute to security and study peace every day. In your role, you are expected to have a consulting and supervisory role towards teachers and, together with the school counselor, actively work with school absenteeism at the unit.

We are looking for someone who appreciates working together with other professions but also has a great ability to take personal responsibility and work independently.

The position covers both schools in Hammarstrand: Kullstaskolan (grades F-3) and Anders-Olof skolan (grades 4-9).

The role also includes organizing/arranging various activities during the school day with the aim of offering positive situations and activities for our students outside of lesson time.

Feedback will be needed to class teachers to inform guardians, and perhaps even direct feedback to guardians. There may be some contact with other authorities. You will be part of the schools' security groups that exist at the schools.

The position is a project employment spanning the period 2026-06-11 to 2027-06-11 with a work time of 50%.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are educated as a social pedagogue.

As a social pedagogue, you have the ability to work with other people; to listen, show empathy, and respect. You are unpretentious and notice and reward others' contributions. You also have the ability to create and maintain good relationships, both internally and externally. You collaborate well with people in different contexts and functions. You have the ability to plan and organize your work. You find it easy to set goals, organize resources, follow up, and conclude activities.
