Our current group leader and 1st Social Secretary is moving on to new challenges, and we are now looking for you who want an important and meaningful assignment as 1st Social Secretary within child and family services. You will have a central role in an operation that is undergoing development and change, where your leadership makes a real difference.

DUTIES

As 1st Social Secretary, you are responsible for leading and distributing the daily work, as well as providing support and guidance both individually and in groups. The role involves close collaboration with the operations manager and the working group within child and family services, where you act as an important link between management and employees. The assignment includes both operational and strategic tasks with a focus on method development, quality assurance, and operational development within social work.

You ensure that the work is carried out in accordance with current legislation as well as based on current knowledge and proven experience. The role includes keeping up to date with changes in legislation and implementing new working methods and routines in the operation. You are also responsible for presenting cases before committees and courts.

You become part of IFO's management group where we together create conditions for a high-quality operation and develop the work for the benefit of the municipality's residents. Through your leadership, you support, supervise, and introduce employees and contribute to creating a safe, clear, and development-oriented work environment where collaboration and shared responsibility are in focus.

The role does not include personnel responsibility, but you work closely with the operations manager and monitor issues that may require managerial support.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are educated as a social worker with at least five years of experience in authority enforcement within municipal social services. If you also have leadership experience, it is a strong merit.

To succeed in the role, you need to have good knowledge of SoL and LVU, BBIC, family law, and domestic violence. As a person, you are proactive and solution-focused with personal maturity and a positive outlook. You express yourself well in speech and writing, take responsibility in your role, and have the ability to combine professional competence with sensitivity and understanding for other people.

You thrive in change and want to contribute to an operation where the citizen is always at the center.

A B driver's license is required.
