Horse Health Coordinator for Top-Level Dressage Stable Good Vibes
Goodvibes Dressage ABStockholms län, Vallentuna
Previous experience is desired
Do you want to work in an environment where horse welfare, veterinary medicine, rehab, data, and high-performance dressage meet?
Good Vibes Dressage is an ambitious top-level dressage stable with leading trainers such as Will Rogers and Daniel Bachmann Andersen, as well as veterinarians in Stockholm and internationally. We are now looking for a structured, clinically strong, and analytical Horse Health Coordinator who takes central responsibility for our horses' health, rehab, and long-term sustainability.
About the role
You will become the hub connecting owners, the stable manager, and the veterinary clinic, ensuring that each horse is followed systematically over time. The role involves both the clinical eye in the stable and translating the information we collect – records, veterinary history, blood tests, imaging, videos, rehab plans, training response, and daily observations – into a clear picture of each horse's development.
We use digital tools and AI as support to detect patterns early and work more objectively and preventatively regarding the horses' health.
Your responsibilities
- Daily and weekly health follow-up: movement patterns, general condition, body condition, recovery, swelling, wounds, and soreness.
- Documentation of veterinary visits, diagnoses, treatments, medication, rehab, follow-ups, samples, and training response.
- Prepare complete material for veterinary visits (videos, history, observations) and ensure all veterinarians receive correct medical documentation.
- Keep each horse's health plan updated with goals, rehab steps, and follow-up – and adjust the plan in dialogue with those responsible.
- Carry out rehab according to the veterinarian's instructions: walk, hydrotherapy (available on-site), laser, rest days, re-introduction, and gradual load increase.
- Ensure correct medication according to prescription.
- Build and maintain an individual health curve for each horse, and analyze data to see changes over time.
- Continuous reporting to owners and the stable manager.
We are looking for someone with strong clinical understanding of horses, for example as
- Registered Veterinary Nurse
- Equine Rehab Manager
- Experienced horse person with documented competence in health, rehab, and systematic follow-up
We believe you are
- Clinically confident, observant, and have a very good eye for the horse's physical condition
- Structured, meticulous, and strong in documentation
- Analytical and used to seeing patterns over time rather than assessing a horse based on a single day
- Comfortable with digital systems and curious about how AI can be used in equine health and rehab
- Calm and solution-oriented in a high-performance environment
- Professional, discreet, and responsible
- Committed to the sustainability and long-term development of the sport horse
We offer
- Competitive salary
- Top-renovated housing on the farm, 70 m²
- Bonus and incentive programs
- Favorable insurance and other staff benefits
Location
The position is based at our farm in Brottby and involves daily presence close to the horses.
