Capio Homeless Care Inpatient Ward, located at Vårberg Hospital, is seeking a doctor for a temporary assignment during week 33-35, daytime hours.

The ward has 13 beds and is responsible for the care of patients with somatic illnesses, often in combination with mental health issues, cognitive impairment, and/or substance abuse problems. Common diagnoses include heart failure, hypertension, COPD, diabetes, leg ulcers, infections, aftercare of injuries such as fractures or various types of surgeries, and cancer care.

You are an engaged specialist doctor or a licensed physician with relevant clinical experience, preferably in general practice, internal medicine, geriatrics, or emergency care. You have an interest in working with people in socially vulnerable situations and wish to contribute to accessible, respectful, and equitable care for homeless individuals.

You have good knowledge of the Swedish language and can express yourself fluently both orally and in writing. You are a good communicator and confident in your professional role.
