About the position

Meliva Primary Care Centre Mörby is a well-functioning primary care center with a broad range of services. Here, doctors, nurses, district nurses, nursing assistants, and psychologists work in close collaboration to meet our patients' needs in the best possible way. Our daily work is characterized by collegial support, continuous development, and high patient safety.

As a nurse at our center, you will perform standard primary care tasks, including telephone advice, chat counseling, reception duties, and digital patient meetings. The role involves both urgent and scheduled appointments, as well as collaboration with home healthcare services when needed. Additional training in diabetes care is considered a clear advantage.

Responsibilities may include:

• Assessment and advice via phone, chat, and video meetings
• Own clinic with scheduled and urgent patient visits
• Wound care, vaccinations, lifestyle counseling, and chronic disease coordination
• Collaboration with other professions within the team for holistic care
• Active participation in quality and improvement work

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a licensed nurse, preferably with experience from primary care
• Can cover shifts in home healthcare
• Is confident in your professional role and has good ability to independently assess patient needs
• Has strong communication skills, is empathetic, and treats patients professionally
• Is structured and responsible, yet flexible and solution-oriented
• Thrives in teamwork and contributes to a positive work climate

Merits: Diabetes nurse, valid driver's license (Category B)
