Personal Attributes

To succeed in this role, you need to have strong collaborative skills and an unpretentious approach. You are confident in your professional role, have high integrity, and inspire trust. You can switch between operational and strategic perspectives and have the ability to create structure, prioritize, and make well-founded decisions even during periods of high workload.

You are proactive, development-oriented, and have the ability to create engagement in others. As a deputy manager, you are expected to represent the operations professionally and contribute to a good working environment and a positive work climate.

Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.
