We are now looking for a senior Executive Search consultant in Stockholm who already masters the craft and wants to work in an environment where quality, judgment, and long-term perspective always come before volume and quick deals.

About the role

As a Senior Consultant at Signpost, you have a clear mandate and significant responsibility. You drive assignments from start to finish and are a natural advisor to boards, owners, and management teams.

You work within Executive Search at the C-level and senior management level, qualified executive recruitment, Executive Interim, Second opinions, and board appointments. The assignments are often complex, the requirements high, and the expectations clear. At the same time, you are never alone. We always work in teams and naturally share perspectives, competence, and business with each other. In short: With us, you get full scope to be really good at what you are really good at.

Your assignment

• Create, develop, and nurture long-term customer relationships
• Drive Executive Search and interim assignments together with senior colleagues
• Be an active part of Signpost’s continued development and offering
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, managers, and consultants

Who we think you are

You are established on the Stockholm market and have worked with Executive Search and/or qualified executive recruitment/Executive Interim for many years. You are confident in the role, in the dialogue, and in yourself.

• Have documented success within Executive Search/Executive Interim at a senior level
• Be accustomed to working in an advisory capacity towards boards, owners, and management groups
• Have a strong network and a good professional reputation
• Enjoy business, responsibility, and high quality
