RESPONSIBILITIES

The role includes teaching both in class and individually for students with special needs. You plan, conduct, and follow up on teaching based on the student's individual prerequisites and needs.

You have close collaboration with the student's guardians and are responsible for continuous contact and dialogue regarding the student's development and goal achievement. The position may involve teaching in the student's home on a periodic basis.

You collaborate with colleagues and other professions within the operation to develop teaching and contribute to an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a certified lower secondary school teacher with the qualifications to teach in grades F-3. You have experience and competence in reading and writing development.

You have good pedagogical insight, knowledge of the school's steering documents, and the ability to meet students based on their different needs. It is an advantage if you have experience working with students in need of special support.

You create a safe and inclusive learning environment and have a professional approach in collaboration with students, colleagues, and guardians. You are structured, flexible, and have a solution-focused approach.

Since an extract from the criminal record is a statutory requirement for work in schools, such must be presented to you if you become a candidate for the position. Employment type: Fixed-term employment.
Duration: 6 months or longer.
