Job Description

Every day, you contribute to their well-being and independence while developing in a meaningful professional role.

Examples of tasks:

• Assist with personal hygiene, dressing, shopping, meals, and household chores.
• Support users in activities and provide security through conversation and presence.
• Help with activities and support users based on their individual needs and goals.
• Administer medication and other interventions according to delegation from licensed personnel.
• Use Viva to plan and document work.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Is positive, responsible, and has good empathetic skills.
• Is attentive and respectful in interactions with users, relatives, and colleagues.
• Can work both independently and as part of a team.
• Has good physical stamina, as the work can be physically demanding.

Requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You can read, document, and communicate in Swedish.
• You have basic computer skills.
• A Category B driver's license is required for some positions.

Merits:

• Experience within LSS, personal assistance, or similar work.
• Upper secondary education in care and nursing (e.g., nursing assistant training or similar).
• Experience documenting in digital systems.
• Knowledge of low-arousal approach (low-affective handling).

Roles and Salary Range

Personal Assistant

As a personal assistant, you work closely with a single user, usually in their home. You support them with both daily tasks and social activities, serving as a key support in creating security, participation, and independence in daily life.

Salary for full-time: from 23,638 SEK/month

Trained Nursing Assistant Salary for full-time: from 25,798 SEK/month

Support Aide (Stödbiträde)

A Support Aide corresponds to a care aide within LSS operations. You are responsible for creating, revising, and following implementation plans, documenting interventions, and coordinating support around the user together with other professionals. You work close to daily life with several users, supporting daily routines, household chores, and social activities, contributing to a secure, structured, and meaningful life in the residence.

Salary for full-time: from 23,638 SEK/month

Support Assistant (Stödassistent)

A Support Assistant corresponds to a nursing assistant within LSS operations. You are responsible for creating, revising, and following implementation plans, documenting interventions, and coordinating support around the user together with other professionals. The role involves more independent work and clearer responsibility for planning and follow-up of healthcare tasks delegated by a nurse.

Salary for full-time: from 25,798 SEK/month

Conditions

Working hours are scheduled and include day, evening, and night shifts as well as weekend work. You work according to municipal agreements that provide secure and fair conditions.

Work Period and Employment Duration

The summer period runs between weeks 25–34. The length of employment varies depending on the operation's needs and your availability, and may cover the entire or part of the summer period.
