Location: 15 minutes from Skellefteå city center by car

Working hours: Varying – weekdays approx. 15:00–22:00 and day shifts every other weekend approx. 06:45–19:00

Scope: Summer temporary position with the possibility of continuation after the summer.

Start date: Onboarding begins immediately.

About the position

We are looking for you who want to become part of our lovely team and work as a personal assistant to a 25-year-old man living just outside Skellefteå.

He is a warm, positive, and social person with an interest in fun, swimming, and activities. He appreciates presence, joy, and engagement from those around him. The work takes place where he is located:

• At home
• In town
• During various activities

He has cerebral palsy, developmental disabilities, and mobility impairments, and therefore needs support in all daily tasks. His routines include, among other things, stretching and standing training. Communication takes place through body language, pictures, and his own signs – therefore, excellent Swedish language skills are required.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is:

• Proactive and responsible
• Calm, attentive, and secure in your role
• In good physical shape, as transfers and heavy lifting may occur
• Positive and open to getting to know him for real

Experience in personal assistance or other care experience is meritorious, but the most important thing is that you have a big heart and a genuine desire to contribute to his security and development.

Valid driver's license and own car are required.
