We are looking for a Scrum Master with experience in agile frameworks for a role within a larger organization with multiple teams and dependencies. This role is ideal for you if you thrive close to the team's daily work and can guide, coach, and create structure for fast-moving and efficient ways of working.

As a Scrum Master, you will support teams and product owners in developing working methods, removing impediments, and creating prerequisites for stable deliveries. You have a clear focus on continuous learning, improvement, and an attentive approach to the team's needs.

Responsibilities

The role includes among other things:

• Planning and facilitating agile ceremonies
• Coaching teams and product owners in agile ways of working
• Supporting product owners and teams in backlog management
• Working operationally in agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar
• Removing impediments that affect the team's delivery capability
• Creating and implementing processes for efficient ways of working
• Establishing methods and structure that give the team good prerequisites for clear delivery
• Suggesting, establishing, and tracking techniques to measure capacity, delivery, and team development
• Communicating and tracking goals, deliverables, and needs together with product owners
• Managing dependencies between teams and contributing to coordination in a larger organization

Requirements

We are looking for you who have:

• At least 2 years of work experience as a Scrum Master and/or Team Coach in agile organizations
• At least 2 years of experience working closely with teams in an agile context, including facilitating agile ceremonies and coaching teams and product owners in agile ways of working
• At least 2 years of experience within the last 5 years working in larger organizations with more than 200 people and multiple teams and dependencies
• At least 1 year of experience actively and independently driving improvement work in agile teams
• At least 2 years of practical experience with agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar, including backlog management and tracking

Preferred Qualifications

It is meritorious if you have:

• At least 1 year of experience managing dependencies between teams and supporting the establishment of structures for collaboration
• At least 1 year of experience facilitating larger workshops with more than 15 participants, such as PI Planning or Open Space
• At least 1 year of experience from the public sector

Location and Scope

The role is located in Stockholm, with the possibility of a combination of on-site work at the office on Kungsholmen and remote work. The current setup is approximately 50 percent office and 50 percent remote, depending on the organization's needs.
