About the assignment

We are currently looking for on-demand switchboard operators for our client in Stockholm. This is a long-term assignment starting immediately, where you will replace permanent staff during absences. Working hours are office hours on weekdays, 08:00–16:30, with a 30-minute lunch break. This is a consultancy assignment via Bemannia.

Your responsibilities

You will replace permanent staff during absences and step in with short notice. You need to be self-sufficient and able to start working immediately without an introduction, which is why meeting the qualifications is crucial. The work takes place in the Tele2 switchboard with standard duties for a switchboard operator.

Your qualifications

• Completed upper secondary education
• Knowledge of MS Office or equivalent software
• Good knowledge and experience of Tele2 Switchboard
• Good Swedish skills, both spoken and written
• Good English skills (at least level B2)
• Work experience in independent work within a switchboard environment
• Good initiative-taking ability and social competence

You need to be able to work independently and have good initiative, handling inquiries as they arise. Good social competence is important for collaborating, helping, and communicating with people from different backgrounds. You must also be stress-resistant during peak workloads.
