About the role

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a structured and service-oriented person to work as an Invoice Manager. You will work closely with several partners and be responsible for ensuring that revenues are correct regarding agreements and billed hours. You will work within the finance department in a group of six invoice managers and report to the Customer Accounts Manager. The team is characterized by openness and a service mindset, with the clients in focus.

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for invoicing
• Claims handling
• Daily contact with partners and clients regarding financial matters
• Participate in the development of processes and working methods
• Handle ad-hoc questions

We are looking for you who

• Have very good knowledge of both Swedish and English, in both speech and writing.
• Hold a bachelor's degree in economics or equivalent, deemed relevant.
• Have work experience in similar tasks/roles, deemed relevant.
• Have good knowledge of Excel.
• Have knowledge of major ERP systems.

Meritorious qualifications

• Knowledge of major ERP systems, specifically Microsoft Dynamics Finance Operations, is highly meritorious.
• Experience with BI tools.
• Experience working with large financial and information flows.

Knowledge can be acquired through education, experience, or self-study.
