About the Role

As an Accounting Assistant, you will become a vital part of the company's finance function, working closely with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. The role is broad and varied, offering you excellent opportunities to develop and build a strong foundation in economics and accounting. Your responsibilities will include, among other things:

• Customer and supplier accounts receivable/payable
• Invoicing and ongoing bookkeeping
• Reconciliations, payments, and administrative tasks related to the finance function
• Ongoing improvement and development work

You will become part of a small and engaged team where you will have the opportunity to grow with the role over time. For the right person, there are good opportunities to gradually take on more responsibility and develop further within the finance field.

Who Are You?

We are looking for you who are at the beginning of your career and have an education in economics from, for example, a university college, university, or vocational higher education. Perhaps you currently work as an accounting assistant, bookkeeping assistant, or in another administrative role with a financial connection and wish to take the next step. To succeed in this role, we see that you:

• Have some work experience and understand the basics of economics and accounting
• Are meticulous, structured, and responsible
• Are analytical and have an easy time understanding connections
• Are service-oriented and thrive with many contact surfaces
• Are curious, unpretentious, and eager to develop
• Have good communication skills and enjoy dialogue with customers and suppliers
• Speak and write Swedish and English fluently
