- Work actively preventively and promotively regarding relationships and core values at both group and individual levels.
Who are you?
We are looking for you who are a secure and responsive leader. You have a natural ability to build trust and can balance between being a support and setting demands. Since we are a natural resource high school, we would like you to enjoy our environment, but your main expertise lies in pedagogical and social work.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with young people, preferably within school or similar educational activities.
- You have good knowledge of and practical experience working with young people with diagnoses such as autism spectrum or ADHD/ADD.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Structured and administratively competent (for documentation and follow-up).
- Relevant education (e.g., teacher, social worker, behavioral scientist).
- Personal suitability is highly valued.
