About the role

This is a full-time consulting assignment lasting 12 months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at Telia. There are good opportunities to extend the assignment as a consultant.

💼 Responsibilities

As a Delivery Coordinator at Telia, you are responsible for coordinating and ensuring deliveries to Telia's customers with the highest quality. The role involves daily contact in Swedish and some English with national and, in the future, international suppliers, customers worldwide, and Telia's technical specialists, all of whom are vital parts of enabling successful customer deliveries. You work closely with Telia's project managers in delivery projects for both new and existing customers and play a central role in keeping deliveries together and ensuring they happen according to schedule and customer expectations. As a Delivery Coordinator, you will have a varied and developing daily routine where you contribute to creating long-term customer satisfaction.

An important part of the role is also to drive improvements in Telia's processes and working methods, where your engagement and ideas become valuable for the team's continued development. Since the majority of Telia's customers are large international companies, the role offers many exciting meetings, collaborations, and discussions in a dynamic and global environment.

  • Coordinate and ensure deliveries

🔍 Education, experience, and personal qualities

  • Completed upper secondary education
  • Previous work experience in administration, preferably specifically in order or delivery flows
  • Good computer and system proficiency
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

You are solution-oriented and see opportunities even in challenging situations, while taking initiative and driving work forward in an engaged manner. You are communicative and receptive in collaboration with customers, suppliers, and colleagues, and have a natural ability to build trust and long-term relationships. The role also requires that you are confident in setting requirements and following up on deliveries and processes in a professional manner. Salary: According to agreement
