About the role

As a preschool substitute, you replace regular staff during absences, often with short notice on the same morning. Together with the rest of the team, you are responsible for the children's group and participate in games and activities both indoors and outdoors. You assist with dressing and undressing, participate in educational meals, and above all, serve as a present and supportive adult for the children.

At Precator, you are always personally matched to your assignments. You have a dedicated contact person who supports you before, during, and after work. Of course, you will receive an introduction before starting.

Qualifications and skills

We are looking for someone who has:

• Completed upper secondary education or childminder training
• Excellent proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Previous experience working with children and young people
• A positive attitude and confidence in the role of a role model
• Willingness to take responsibility and initiative, and a desire to collaborate with others
• Reliability in fulfilling your commitments
