Responsibilities

As a Field Assistant in Essunga Municipality, you will play a central role in our work to strengthen the relationship between the municipality and its residents. You will work closely with our leisure activities, collaborate with various stakeholders, and be out in the field to meet and interact with citizens. The position is organized under Social Services' Open Care, where you and your colleagues will work based on the intentions of the new Social Services Act. This means you will also be involved in issues aimed at increasing preventive and crime-reducing work within the municipality. The role focuses on both children and young people as well as adults who may need support from society's support services.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have a social work degree or another education that the employer considers equivalent. It is an advantage if you have experience working with young people and/or preventive social work.
