Our Mission
At the national department Support and Matching, we provide remote service and support to job seekers. We work with several important areas of responsibility such as matching, guidance, and counseling, as well as decisions on interventions for job seekers. Our main task is to reduce the time spent in unemployment.
Job Description
As Executive Assistant, you work comprehensively with administrative tasks and support the unit manager and other managers. The work includes, among other things, diary management, meeting preparations, internal web, communication, and digital tools. You are responsible for SharePoint pages, handle incoming cases and functional inboxes, and perform administrative tasks such as meeting minutes, orders, invoice processing, and bookings.
You need to have the ability to independently manage the administration for the unit while contributing administrative support. You work proactively to find solutions and use digital solutions to streamline operations. You have experience and interest in continuously improving administrative routines.
At times, the work pace is high. This requires foresight and structured working methods. You work independently in a social role based on high integrity in relation to managers and the management group. You have the ability to work with different types of issues and relate them to the need for support in daily work. You are easy to collaborate with and have the ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships.

The position is a permanent full-time employment that may begin with a six-month probationary period. Start date by agreement. The location is Gothenburg.

Basic Requirements for the Position
- Approved upper secondary education
- At least 2 years of current experience as an Executive Assistant or a similar role with similar tasks
- Experience of administrative tasks from the public sector
- You have good ability to communicate in speech and writing in Swedish and English
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
Other Merits for the Position
- Experience of administrative tasks within the Swedish Public Employment Service
- Experience and engagement in using the possibilities of digitalization to develop and streamline operations
- Experience of working with internal communication in a larger organization
