Assignment Description

We are currently looking for an experienced AI Solutions Specialist.

What You Will Work On

• Participate in and support global AI architectural reviews
• Provide guidance on AI solution design, platform selection, and integration approaches
• Support teams in evolving AI initiatives from experimentation to production
• Ensure alignment with enterprise AI and data strategies
• Develop and maintain AI frameworks and reference architectures
• Contribute to AI governance models, policies, standards, and guardrails
• Define and improve architectural review criteria and decision processes
• Translate technical, regulatory, and policy requirements into practical implementation guidance
• Embed governance and controls into platforms and delivery workflows
• Develop tutorials, templates, examples, and enablement material
• Support adoption of approved AI tools and enterprise delivery patterns
• Drive consistency, reusability, and operational excellence across AI initiatives
• Promote best practices in responsible AI, security, data protection, and lifecycle management
• Facilitate collaboration across architecture, delivery, and governance stakeholders
• Contribute to communities of practice and knowledge sharing initiatives

What You Bring

• Strong experience working with AI solutions in enterprise environments
• Solid understanding of AI/ML solution architecture
• Experience with cloud-based AI platforms
• Strong understanding of data, security, and integration principles
• Good software development understanding and technical delivery experience
• Experience participating in architectural reviews and governance processes
• Experience contributing to standards, frameworks, or technical guidance
• Ability to translate complex technical and regulatory requirements into practical recommendations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable collaborating across functions, regions, and organizational levels
