Assignment Description

We are looking for an experienced Controller for a consulting assignment within the public sector. The assignment involves qualified work with budgeting, forecasting, and financial follow-up, as well as ongoing controller-related tasks. The role requires strong analytical skills, experience in financial management, and familiarity with working in complex organizations.

The consultant will work closely with the business operations and contribute with analyses, follow-ups, and reporting to support the organization's financial management and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting and forecasting management
• Financial follow-up and analysis
• Preparation and compilation of monthly and quarterly reports
• Support to the business in financial matters
• Ongoing controller work and financial administrative tasks
• Working with financial and analysis tools

Required Qualifications

• At least four (4) years of professional experience as a Controller
• Relevant university or college education in economics or equivalent
• Good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent tools
• Experience with analysis tools, such as Power BI
• Experience with financial systems such as Unit4 ERP, Raindance, Visma, or equivalent systems
• Experience in writing and compiling follow-up reports in Swedish, such as monthly and quarterly reports
• Very good ability to communicate in Swedish, both verbally and in writing

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with government accounting
• Experience in controller roles within government agencies or other public sector operations

Reference assignments must be attached to verify the consultant's experience. The reference assignment must:

• have been completed within the last 24 months
• be comparable to the current assignment
• be reported in the attached appendix for the bid to be considered compliant with the requirement
