About Salstad Guesthouse

Salstad Gästhem AB is located outside Grästorp towards Vänersborg. The guesthouse has been established within psychiatry since 1968 and has been active in psychosocial rehabilitation since 1979.

The guesthouse's holistic approach creates continuity and security for our guests and their relatives, both in integrated treatment and in the management of individual guests' finances and assets in collaboration with a legal guardian and under the supervision of the Chief Public Guardian.

About the Position

We are currently seeking summer substitutes and hourly employees who have a genuine interest in working with people with psychiatric disabilities.

We are looking for you who are educated as a nursing assistant, treatment pedagogue, treatment assistant, social pedagogue, behavioral scientist, or have other education that the employer deems equivalent.

The work focuses on psychiatric nursing care for our guests as well as general care work. Here, we work according to a salutogenic value base.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability, such as initiative, service orientation, and teamwork skills.

Continuous rounds are conducted with our doctor, who also participates in staff supervision and training.

A B-driver's license is required as there are transports to various activities. Access to a personal car can be an advantage as there are no public transport connections all the way to the guesthouse.

Being well aware of your role as a therapist, we have a smoke-free workplace and working hours.
