We at OnePartnerGroup (https://www.onepartnergroup.se?utm_source=chatgpt.com) are currently looking for an Accounting Assistant/Junior Accountant for one of our clients just outside Halmstad. Here you will have the opportunity to join an international industrial company where you will become an important part of the finance department, working broadly with ongoing financial administration.

This position is ideal for you who have previous experience in finance/accounting and wish to build upon your practical work experience.

This is a consultancy assignment via OnePartnerGroup with the ambition to become a long-term solution for the right candidate.

About the role

In this role, you will primarily work with customer and supplier accounts receivable/payable, as well as support the finance department in its daily operations. You will have a varied role with both administrative and finance-related tasks, involving many contact points both internally and externally.

Your responsibilities will include, among other things:

  • Management of customer and supplier accounts
  • Registration, posting, and verification of invoices
  • Work in Medius and business systems
  • Setup of customers and suppliers
  • Contact with customers and suppliers regarding invoices and payments
  • Ongoing administrative support to the finance department
  • Some mail and reception handling as needed

You will work in an international environment, which means you need to feel comfortable communicating in both Swedish and English.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who is structured, detail-oriented, and thrives in a role where you take responsibility and work independently. At the same time, you are service-oriented and have an easy time building good relationships with both colleagues and external contacts.

We would like you to:

  • Have experience in financial administration or accounts management
  • Have education in finance/economics
  • Be accustomed to administrative tasks
  • Have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Have experience with Medius or similar financial systems (meritorious)
