RESPONSIBILITIES

You will work together with other staff to promote development and learning in the leisure centre. Together, you are responsible for creating a educational, meaningful, and safe environment for our students in the leisure centre. We strive for collegial learning within our different professions, and you will be a part of this. You will also be involved in our overarching school development processes.

Together with your colleagues, you should keep the school's value base and view of knowledge in focus. An active value-based work is a matter of course for you. You have drive and contribute to the school's quality work.

In your role, you are involved in creating a secure foundation for our students. An important part of the work is to stimulate and motivate the students to develop their abilities and create opportunities for learning. You should be well acquainted with the school's governing documents and familiar with its documentation requirements. A portion of the position is scheduled during school hours, which implies collaboration with teaching teachers in the lower primary grades.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are educated and certified as a Leisure Centre Teacher/Leisure Pedagogue.

You are professional, independent, and engaged in the work with students' development towards the goals of the leisure centre, as well as well-versed in current governing documents. You put the student at the center in all situations, have a positive view of students, and have a good ability to develop and plan teaching in collaboration with colleagues.

You are clear and responsible. You also find it easy to collaborate with students and guardians, as well as with staff and school management. Great importance is attached to personal suitability.

Employment type: Permanent position.
