At the service office in Boden, we are 2 employees and are part of Office Area 1 Flexible Offices. We work with a service orientation where you and your colleagues share responsibility for your mission and learning. We work actively with continuous improvements, and contributing to the development of the operations is part of the role.

Main Responsibilities

As a Service Handler, you provide quick and professional service by answering questions from private individuals and businesses. A large part of your work involves guiding customers to use the e-services of the cooperating authorities and finding information on websites. In your role, it is important that you listen actively, adapt your approach to the customer, and have a pedagogical attitude.

In your customer meetings, you have support from the various authorities' IT systems. In addition to introduction and training, time is set aside every day to keep you updated on news and changes affecting the service office's operations.

You will work at other service offices, which sometimes happens with short notice.

Qualifications

You are driven by providing our customers with good service by identifying each customer's needs and providing answers or guidance. Since you work closely with customers, you must feel comfortable in direct meetings with customers from different backgrounds and with different abilities. In short, we are looking for you who have a positive attitude and are quick to learn new knowledge.

We are looking for you who have:

• A university education of at least 80 credits/120 hp, or equivalent knowledge obtained through work experience.
• Worked for at least two years within the last 10 years in a service profession where you have informed and guided customers in personal meetings.
• A Category B driver's license.

Furthermore, you should have the following skills:

• Quickly establish contact with others in an objective and professional manner.
• Map out customer needs by asking questions and listening actively.
• Communicate verbally and in writing in Swedish.
• Communicate verbally in English.
• Adapt your working method to the varying needs of customers.
• Handle multiple customers simultaneously.
• Contribute positively to the work group's results and cooperation.

Additionally, it is meritorious if you:

• Have experience working with physical customer meetings within one of our cooperating authorities.

Other Information

The employment is permanent and full-time.

We usually apply a six-month probationary period.

Start date by agreement.

We do not offer remote work.

This position requires a security clearance according to the Security Protection Act. As an employee, you may also be placed on war footing based on the needs of the total defense.
