Towards late summer/autumn, we are looking for assistant nurses who are interested in joining our evening and night organization.

We are looking for

Responsible, flexible, and confident assistant nurses who wish to work evenings and nights as well as every other weekend. It is important that you have experience with evening and night work within care and social services, and the opportunity to become fully delegated in Lund Municipality. We want you to have good experience working with people with cognitive impairment/dementia.

We value the entire day and night, and we want our evening and night organization to be a natural part of the whole. This means, for example, that you will participate in team meetings, handovers, work with quality registers, and other joint work at Linehuset.

About the tasks and role

The work involves nursing care based on the user's wishes and needs, as well as delegated tasks according to the Health and Medical Services Act (HSL).

As an assistant nurse, you will develop implementation plans, document in Lifecare, evaluate, and contribute to maintaining good quality in the operations. We follow up on quality in national registers such as the BPSD register, SweDem, and Senior Alert.

In the role of assistant nurse, you are part of the multi-professional team. You contribute your knowledge within your professional competence. Through close collaboration with managers, nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and others in the team, you contribute to giving users a meaningful life where individual needs are at the center.

About Linehuset

Linehuset is located in Linero in eastern Lund and consists of two housing units, each with 48 apartments. Each housing unit has six wards, both for people with dementia and somatic wards.

The garden is in a park-like environment and contains a gazebo and an adapted sensory garden.

The work is led by three unit managers together with our administrative staff. We work together for a good working environment, for example, with regular micro-breaks and the opportunity to use our recovery chairs. Our employees are our strength and greatest asset.

A full-time position at 100%, where the full-time measure for our evening and night organization is 34 hours and 20 minutes per week.
