RESPONSIBILITIES

Do you want to help give our youngest students a safe and inspiring start to their school journey?

As a teacher in Year F3, you will have the opportunity to lay the foundation for the students' continued schooling by creating safe, structured, and inspiring teaching. You work closely with the students in their early development and support them in discovering the joy of learning, developing new skills, and becoming confident in their school day. Together with engaged colleagues, you contribute to a positive learning environment where students get the right conditions to grow and reach their goals.

The responsibilities include among other things:

• Plan, implement, and evaluate teaching based on current governing documents.
• Create a safe, clear, and supportive learning environment that promotes students' learning and social development.
• Work with early reading, writing, and mathematics learning through varied methods.
• Assess, document, and provide feedback on students' knowledge development.
• Adapt teaching to students' different needs and prerequisites.
• Collaborate with colleagues and guardians to support students' development and the school's work.

As a person, you are relationship-building and gladly take initiative in meetings with both students and colleagues, which contributes to an open and positive climate. You are also team-oriented, unpretentious, and find solutions together with others with a focus on the common goal.

Requirements for the position:

• Teaching license with eligibility to teach in grades F-3
• Current knowledge of governing documents, such as the curriculum, course plans, and assessment criteria
• Proficiency in the Swedish language, both spoken and written
