About the job
You work with the processing and investigation of cases that vary in scope and complexity. Some cases are simple and quick, while others take more time. Supported by laws and regulations, you assess the documentation, investigate, analyze, and make decisions. You have many customer contacts via phone, email, and mail, and many of these contacts require you to feel confident using English.
You plan your work and drive your cases forward both independently and in collaboration with others. In team work, your contribution is important, and you need to take responsibility and participate in the joint work towards the future. In case processing, you make independent decisions, but during the investigation, you are open to both giving and receiving support from your colleagues. Alongside your tasks, we are constantly working to develop and improve our operations. You have flexible working hours, and it is a given for us that you should have a balance between work and leisure.
You belong to Section 6 at the Business Tax Unit 1, located in Karlskrona.
About you

- have the ability and willingness to learn new things, be flexible, and open to changes
- be able to analyze information flows, see connections, and make decisions.
You must also have:
- a university education of at least 180 higher education credits (120 credits) in economics.
- several years of current and relevant work experience in case processing from a public authority.
It is desirable that you have current and relevant work experience from the Swedish Tax Agency.
Good to know
The employment is permanent and may begin with a probationary period of six months.
An employment with us may involve placement in a security classification. A security check with register control according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may therefore be conducted before a decision on employment. For some of our security-classified tasks, Swedish citizenship is required.
