Job Description
As a Service Advisor, you are responsible for customer contact throughout the entire process, providing support and guidance. Our customers should feel that they have received professional treatment and excellent service before, during, and after their visit.
Your main tasks will include: booking customers, receiving the customer's car, pricing the work performed, and finally reviewing the completed work with the customer upon vehicle handover. You will also work with upselling, assess warranty claims, process customer complaints, handle insurance damages, and guide customers on technical issues. Therefore, we assume you have a strong interest in cars. In addition to your personal customer interaction, the computer and its systems are your primary work tools.
Qualifications
- You are aware of what good service entails.
- Ability to handle high stress levels.
- Previous experience from service roles.
- Completed upper secondary education.
- Good administrative skills.
- Computer proficiency and knowledge of the Office package.
- You have at least a Category B driver's license. Manual transmission is a requirement.
- Swedish language skills in both speech and writing, as well as English for reading manuals.
- Vehicle technical education.
- Experience working with Automaster, CABAS, ELSA, and ETKA.
Merits
- Documented experience in similar tasks.
- Strong interest and some experience from the automotive industry.
- Experience and knowledge of some of our brands (Volkswagen, Seat, Skoda, Audi).
