About the role
In the role of Physiotherapist & Product Manager, you work closely with customers, products, and the business. You contribute physiotherapy expertise to advisory services, assortment development, product information, and the digital customer experience.
The role also involves close collaboration between the customer, product, and business, where advisory services and specialist competence contribute to long-term customer relationships and business development.
As we are a smaller company, the role entails broad responsibilities with great opportunities to influence and develop the business together with the rest of the team.
What you will work with
The role combines customer advisory, product work, and commercial understanding, focusing on creating a secure and high-quality customer experience as well as long-term customer relationships.
- Advising customers via phone, email, and digital channels
- Product and assortment development
- Product information and content for e-commerce
- Evaluation of products and customer needs
- Contribute to developing long-term customer relationships and strengthening Rehaboteket's specialist position
- Close collaboration with e-commerce, marketing, purchasing, and customer service
We are looking for someone who
- Is a qualified physiotherapist
- Has a good understanding of orthopedic supports, rehabilitation, and function-related ailments
- Communicates clearly, pedagogically, and in a trust-building manner
- Has an interest in products, assortments, and digital trade
- Understands the connection between advisory services, customer benefit, and sales
- Has a non-hierarchical, responsible, and solution-oriented working approach
- Thrives in a business where you work close to the commercial side and help out where needed
About you
You are professional, confident, and solution-oriented in customer dialogue. You have a commercial mindset without losing credibility and thrive in an environment where you are given responsibility, can influence, and work broadly.
We also believe you appreciate the combination of physiotherapy competence, products, customer contact, and business development.
